The VEKTOR MC mobile machine controller impresses with its sophisticated design and full functionality in the smallest of spaces. Control up to 32 axes and 8 channels – ideal for versatile automation tasks in an industrial environment.
Mobile control unit in an impact-resistant compact housing
The all-in-one control unit is built into a robust, dust-proof mobile housing with a 10-inch resistive touchscreen. The central connection to the control cabinet allows maximum freedom of movement around your machines or systems. Eight function buttons, emergency stop buttons, two potentiometers, handwheel, key switch and two enabling switches as well as an ergonomic handle ensure ease of use and maximum safety – for optimum control even under harsh industrial conditions.
Customized user interface – adapted to your requirements
With the tried-and-tested BWO’s own HMI Builder tool (XPROMA graphic desktop environment), you can design the user interface of your mobile control system exactly as you want it: Your own corporate design, individual user structure and needs-based operator guidance – from simple applications to complex workflows. This makes the VEKTOR MC the perfect mobile CNC control for your tasks.
Suitable accessories for every application
Expand your VEKTOR MC with modular BWO VIO modules (VEKTOR Input Output): Flexible inputs and outputs, digital or analog, in expansion levels of 16, 32 or 64 channels. Each controller is equipped with a powerful PLC as standard – so you are best equipped for the challenges of modern manufacturing and automation..
