High costs for simple applications? – Not with BWO!
CNC technology doesn’t have to be expensive. Our VEKTOR RC control offers a powerful entry-level solution at a fair price – ideal for start-ups and first-time users with growing requirements. Nevertheless, it offers the extensive range of functions of the VEKTOR control family from BWO. It is operated intuitively via a PC app, eliminating the cost of the HMI Panel.
Lack of flexibility with standard controls? – Not with BWO!
Our customizable control systems give you maximum flexibility compared to off-the-shelf control systems. For example, our customizable software allows you to create a completely individual interface for your own corporate design, your own user structure and individual user guidance. The modular design of the hardware also gives you maximum flexibility.
Complex integration for special machines? – Not with BWO!
Our flexible and modular CNC control systems can be individually adapted to your special machine, which simplifies integration and reduces the effort involved in commissioning. Our duo (VEKTOR 921+VCNC-CPU) control system offers maximum modularity here. With up to 128 axes and 32 channels, it is equipped for any challenge. This is complemented by our versatile accessories. The possibility of connecting to almost any drive system, for example the combination of analog and digital axes, sets you no limits.
Limited service and high spare parts costs? – Not with BWO!
If you need service, you’ve come to the right place, where other control system manufacturers leave you out in the cold. Everything is “Made in Oberndorf” – we offer you service based on partnership and long-term availability of spare parts, even over decades. Thanks to our in-house production, we have short response times and downward and upward compatibility through in-company developed hardware and software.

BWO’s philosophy differs from most classic approaches to machine control systems – the VEKTOR generation of control systems is based on the experience and unique features of classic BWO products, is fully compatible with the successful 900 series – and perfects them in a new design. Three elements are combined in BWO VEKTOR to create a perfectly fitting solution: A modular hardware concept maps ideally to the user matched software (customized by BWO or machine manufacturer himself ). Added to this is the company’s specialty: our engineering approach draws on 50 years of experience with a wide variety of machine control systems and implements even the most complex production processes from the very first control system – and even if just one control system should remain.

Our control solutions are fully customizable. As a machine or system manufacturer, you can design the user interface exactly as you want it – with your own corporate design, operating logic and user-defined structures. On request, the BWO logo can also be replaced with your own – for a harmonious overall look of your machine.
