Developed for demanding automation tasks, the VEKTOR 921 impresses with its scalable design, clear separation of the user interface (HMI) and control cabinet control and outstanding expandability – perfect for projects where performance, future-proofing and custom-fit integration are important.

Benefit from a modular control system that adapts to your requirements: Thanks to the separate HMI unit and the modular CPU chassis in the control cabinet, you can easily control up to 128 axes with 32 channels – ideal for complex machines, systems or production lines in the high-end mechanical engineering sector.
Combination of HMI and modular control cabinet controller
The HMI – optionally equipped with a 10-inch resistive touchscreen or a 15-inch capacitive touchscreen – can be flexibly positioned where your operators need it. The entire control hardware (up to 4 CPUs, input and output cards) is protected in the control cabinet and can be expanded quickly and easily thanks to the modular concept. This means that your machine control system is always scalable and future-proof.
Individual user interface according to your specifications
With the BWO tools PROMA or XPROMA – depending on the HMI selected – you can design your user interface completely individually – from your own corporate design to customized user guidance. The VEKTOR 921 adapts perfectly to your internal processes and workflows, no matter how complex your requirements are.
Suitable accessories for maximum user-friendliness
Add the right accessories from BWO to your VEKTOR 921. For example, with the specially developed manual control panel: Operate your machine directly, mobile and close to the machine. This offers maximum flexibility when setting up, testing and maintaining your systems – ideal for setters and service personnel.
