BWO control solutions
Three elements are combined in BWO VEKTOR to create a perfectly fitting solution: A modular hardware concept maps ideally to the user matched software (customized by BWO or machine manufacturer himself ). Added to this is the company’s specialty: Our engineering approach draws on 50 years of experience with a wide variety of machine control systems and implements even the most complex production processes from the very first control system – even and even if just one control system should remain.
User-friendly
Flexibility characterizes the VEKTOR control family – also on the software side. For example, the machine operator can transfer dimensions from the workpiece drawing directly via user interface, reducing the programming overload of the process planning department . This works for many parameterizable workpieces. The BWO software automatically generates an NC program (according to DIN) for production.
Optimally designed for fast, flexible and cost-effective order processing. And best of all: the extremely user-friendly GUI also gives the machine manufacturer the freedom to customize the system to special machine types or specific work processes.

There is nothing off the shelf at BWO: engineering and software are adapted to the needs of the machine and the customer. This not only requires in-depth knowledge of the hardware architecture, but also its continuous further development and adjustment to the respective requirements. Thanks to our in-house hardware development and production, we can offer our customers the best quality and professional service.

High-tech that doesn’t play to the fore: VEKTOR is ideal for the OEM business. Manufacturing and automation specialists appreciate the integration capability of the BWO control system. Not only in terms of functionality, the user interface can also be adapted to the machine manufacturer’s corporate design. Customization is carried out by BWO specialists or by the customer himself with the help of specially developed software.
What’s more, for realistic, safe and simple control of each machine, even the production situation can be mapped on the user interface. A feature that scores particularly well in special-purpose machinery construction.
