2. Development

2.1 PLC programming
Do you lack the capacity or internal know-how for programming? No problem. We can create individual PLC programs for you, perfectly tailored to your machine or system.
2.2 Visualization
Do you want a user-friendly, individually designed user interface? Our experts will work with you to develop an intuitive visualization solution – tailored to your requirements and the operating personnel.

3. Production
We are also there for you during ongoing operations – quickly, reliably and purposefully. We won’t leave you out in the rain – together with you, we want to minimize or even completely eliminate your downtimes. We offer the following services for this purpose:
3.1 Spare parts
Should a control component ever be defective or damaged, we will supply you with the appropriate spare parts at short notice – for minimal downtime and smooth continued production.
3.2 Repair service
In the event of damage or failure, we will repair your control components professionally and quickly – either directly on your premises or in our workshop.
4. Modernization & retrofit solutions
Our control systems are designed for a long service life – and are also an asset when retrofitted.
4.1 Replacement & upgrade
We support you in replacing older controller generations with modern systems – seamlessly and efficiently. After more than 30 years in daily industrial use, modernization is usually the order of the day. We offer you comprehensive retrofit solutions for this – but are also happy to work out an individual solution for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
4.2 Retrofit solution for Lorenz gear shaping machines
We have a fully developed retrofit solution for you for the Lorenz gear shaping machines types LS154, LS180, LS303/304 and LS424. It is an emulator that reproduces the familiar 783 user interface and handling on the new BWO VEKTOR control family. The latest technology combines familiar operation.
4.3 Retrofit solution for Klingelnberg bevel gear grinding machines
We have a fully developed retrofit solution for you for the Klingelnberg bevel gear grinding machines types G20, G30 and G50. The machine is equipped with a new VEKTOR control panel and the latest software. Your machine is now equipped for the future.
